Part 2: The Violet Hour

What's the Violet Hour? It's that time of day around sunset when daytime transitions into evening. It also happens to be cocktail hour!


This cocktail uses our seltzer in place of Champagne for a twist on the traditional French 75. With the addition of Butterly Pea Flower gin, watch as this drink goes from day to night, or from purple to a sexy shade of violet. Recipe below!


Start with a Champagne Flute Add: .5 oz Butterflu Pea Flower Gin .5 oz Honey Syrup (recipe below) Top with Moscow Mule True Original Hard Seltzer


Add the juice of 1/2 lemon

Garnish with a lemon twist ENJOY! To make Honey Syrup: Great for all kinds of cocktails!

Boil 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup honey together

Stir until honey is dissolved

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
