I'm not happy with my seltzer. Who do I get in touch with? The best thing to do if your seltzers are out of date or spoiled is return them to the place where you bought them for refund or exchange. Unfortunately Hard Mule Seltzer Co. is unable to process refunds or offer exchanges due to Ohio liquor laws, and the seltzer must be returned at retail.
